To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site, you may need to register. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. In compliance with PDPC Act in NRIC Data Protection 2018, the company is allowed to record 4 last digits of alphanumerical in your IC (i.e: XXXX123A) as a unique identifier for registration of new customer purposes. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the MYSK2SPA.COM terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to MYSK2SPA.COM, whose applications are acceptable to MYSK2SPA.COM, and who have authorized MYSK2SPA.COM, to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the items which they purchase. MYSK2SPA.COM, reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being purchased by any one customer.

By making an offer to purchase any treatment, voucher or product (collectively known as “Item”), you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and, where MYSK2SPA.COM, feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your data.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

MYSK2SPA.COM, offers products and services for sale that are in stock for dispatch from our distribution centre or available at our outlets. Occasionally, however, certain item(s) may be out of stock, or treatment(s) not available due to unforeseen reasons.

Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Prices shown on the Site are in Singapore Dollars by default and are inclusive of any relevant local Singapore tax charges at the applicable rate.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The company reserves the right to change prices of items at any given time without advance notice. However, the Singapore Dollar price of an item displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error.

Item prices displayed in alternative major currencies (if any) are indicative only, using existing currency exchange rates. Upon the submission of your order, the price charged to your credit card (or preferred payment option) will be based on Singapore Dollar price indicated on the website.

If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Singapore Dollar, the final price you will be paying will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction. MYSK2SPA.COM is not responsible for any discrepancies that may occur due to exchange rate conversion.

Once your order has been placed, and your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email acknowledging the completion of the purchase. The confirmation email will contain the details of your order with e-voucher(s) attached. If you have selected to send as e-Gift Voucher option, you will receive only the acknowledgement email, and your recipient will receive the e-Gift Voucher(s). This signifies the completion of the contract between you and MYSK2SPA.COM. The sale contract is concluded in Singapore and the language of the contract is English.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to receive payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is unavailable or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any item from the Site whether or not that item has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Payments for purchases from MYSK2SPA.COM, site can be made via secure PayPal payment gateway which is accessed from the site’s Check Out page. All such payments will be subject to PayPal terms and conditions. Please note that all credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to PayPal, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

All e-vouchers purchased are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Once surpassed the expiry date, the e-voucher is considered voided and no refund or extension will be given.

The e-vouchers are only redeemable for the items listed on the voucher(s) and cannot be exchanged fully or partially with other items.

All vouchers purchased are subjected to the specific terms and conditions of the items/promotions as listed on the e-voucher(s) and/or at the promotional pages as well as the Terms of Use of this website.

All items available on MYSK2SPA.COM are in the form of electronic vouchers and will be send to your or your recipient’s registered email address(s).

For service items, voucher’s recipient is required to:

• Make advance reservation at your desired (unless otherwise indicated) SK-II Boutique Spa by Senze Salus outlet. Please mention that you will be using the e-voucher purchased from our website.
• For verification purposes, kindly show digital/ printable version of e-Voucher (s) to our Customer Service Officers upon arrival.

For product item(s),

• You can pick up your item at the outlet of your choice (unless otherwise indicated). Please call the outlet hotline to indicate your preferred collection time. Please allow 2 working days from the time of your call for processing.

• For verification purposes, kindly show digital/ printable version of e-Voucher (s) to our Customer Service Officers for collection of your item (s).

We reserve the right to refuse rendering of service or to withhold any product item or charge a full fee/retail price of the services rendered or products consumed should the voucher is not presented or the voucher is deemed invalid for any reason and no compensation/refund will be provided for such cases.

The First Time Customer Special promotion is valid only for Singapore Citizens and official residences inclusive of Permanent Residence, Long Term Social Visit, and Work passes holders. This promotion is not transferable. Only the registered person whose name appears on the voucher is eligible for redemption. Valid NRICs are required for verification before the treatment will be rendered.

For any other items, we will allow the redemption of the items to the person(s) who presents the valid e-voucher(s). The company will not be responsible for any ‘stolen’ or ‘misuse’ of the vouchers by any other persons.

Order changes and refunds are NOT available for:

• Items selected as “Send as e-Gift Voucher”.
• The vouchers that have already been utilized/redeemed.

For the rest of items, please follow the following steps:

• Process a new order with the right item. Complete the payment.
• Forward the order confirmation of the transaction you wish to cancel to enquiry@mysk2spa.comwithin 7 days starting from the transaction date of that order. Please indicate the item(s) you wish to cancel. We will process a full refund of the indicated items to you via PayPal. Please allow 5 working days upon receiving the cancelation request for processing. You will need to abide by PayPal’s refund policies and timeline, and will be responsible for any fees charged by PayPal.
• Please discard the cancelled vouchers as they will be rejected if presented at the outlets.

Your use of the Sites and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and any other intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content (as described in the Content section below), including MYSK2SPA.COM. Software and all HTML and other code contained in this Site. All such Content, including third party trademarks, designs and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions.

You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by MYSK2SPA.COM and/or its third party licensors. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited. However, you are permitted to make one copy for the purposes of viewing Content for your own personal use.

MYSK2SPA.COM does not promise that the functional aspects of the Site or MYSK2SPA.COM. Content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that all users of the Internet ensure they have up to date virus checking software installed. We will not be responsible for any damages cause from your use of this site.

We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the TOS where such failure is due to events which beyond our reasonable control.

At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us and hold MYSK2SPA.COM harmless immediately on demand, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the TOS by you including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your Internet account caused by your action or inaction.

You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and MYSK2SPA.COM as a result of the TOS or your use of this Site. If you breach the TOS and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the TOS.

The TOS together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance the relevant Singapore law and the relevant courts of the Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction.

MYSK2SPA.COM, Senze Salus Pte Ltd aim to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and respects your choices in respect of your personal data.

The main purposes for which your personal data is collected, used or disclosed by Senze Salus Pte Ltd, its related corporations and our service providers in Singapore include providing you with our products and services, managing your purchases and data profile, processing payments, addressing questions and feedback, improving our products and services, as well as where permitted under law, sending you marketing and promotional offers on products and services, and personalized content and advertising based on your preferences or demographics.

In addition, if you have registered your telephone number with the national Do Not Call (DNC) registry, we will not send you promotional and marketing messages via your telephone number.  However, we reserve the right to contact you via the phone number registered with us with matters regarding reservation , purchases and/or account details.
